1. Who we are

This website, solve4health.co.za, is operated by Solve 4 Health (Pty) Ltd, trading as S4H ("S4H", "we", "us", "our"), a South African health and development consultancy based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This policy is written with the principles of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) in mind. S4H has not obtained, and does not claim, formal POPIA certification or registration; this policy describes our current practice honestly rather than certifying compliance.

2. What this website does — and does not — collect

In this Release 1 version of the website, we do not operate a database, a content management system, or any automated form-storage system. The website itself is a set of static pages. Information reaches us only when you choose to provide it, through one of two channels:

• Email — when you use a "mailto" link or write to us directly at enquiries@solve4health.co.za, your message and any information you include is handled through our email provider, Microsoft 365.
• The Contact and Work With Us forms — these forms send the information you enter, by email, to our S4H mailbox via a server-side script running on our web host. The submitted information is not stored in a public-facing database or displayed anywhere on the website.
• Microsoft Bookings — "Book a Consultation" links on this website open Microsoft Bookings, an external Microsoft service, in a new browser tab. Any information you provide there is collected and processed by Microsoft under Microsoft's own privacy terms, not this policy. We encourage you to review Microsoft's privacy documentation before booking.

3. Why we collect this information

We use the information you voluntarily submit only to respond to your enquiry, to consider your expression of interest in joining the S4H consultant network, or to schedule a consultation. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

4. What submitting a form does — and does not — mean

Submitting the Contact form does not create a consulting agreement or any other contractual relationship with S4H. Submitting the consultant network form on Work With Us is an expression of interest only — it does not guarantee work and does not constitute employment, appointment, or an offer of work with S4H.

5. Please do not send sensitive health information

Please do not submit patient-identifiable information, confidential clinical records, or sensitive personal health information through this website, by email, or through Microsoft Bookings. This website is not designed or intended to receive that kind of information.

6. Data minimisation and retention

We ask only for the information reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry or expression of interest. Submissions are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, after which they are deleted from our mailbox in the ordinary course of our email housekeeping.

7. Security

Form submissions are transmitted using standard website security measures appropriate to a small business website, including server-side validation and basic protections against automated spam. Our specific technical and organisational security measures are described honestly in our Cybersecurity Statement; we do not make claims there that we cannot support.

8. Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing enquiries@solve4health.co.za. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the website evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
